Men's Lacrosse Struggles With Raiders On The Road

NASHUA, NH - On Saturday, April 19th the Anna Maria College men's lacrosse team traveled to Nashua, NH to take on the Rivier University Raiders for a Great Northeast Athletic Conference matchup. The AMCATS lost the game 19-1.

The Raiders took an early 11-0 lead over the AMCATS after the first fifteen minutes of play. Rivier would keep their momentum going throughout the entirety of the game as the AMCATS only managed one goal with less than a minute left to play in the fourth quarter. The AMCATS only goal came off the stick of Eric Farrell with Jake Lupo recording the assist. The game would end with the Raiders on top for a final score of 19-1.

COMING UP:

The AMCATS will be back in action on Thursday, April 24th where they will make their way to Salem, MA to take on the Vikings of Salem State University for a non-conference matchup as well as their last game of the season. Opening face-off is set for 7:00pm.
