Cadets Swing Past AMCATS

Paxton, Mass. - The Norwich University men's tennis team swept singles competition as they defeated Anna Maria College by a score of 8-1 at the Paxton Sports Centre on Saturday morning. The match marked the season finale for both clubs, the AMCATS finish the season at 3-9 (1-4 GNAC) while the Cadets improve to 7-3 (3-2 GNAC)

The AMCATS started the match off on the right foot, as seniors David Bourget (Winter Park, Fla.) and Adam Williamson (Spencer, Mass.) combined for an exciting 8-5 victory in No. 1 doubles action.

However, that proved to be AMC's lone victory of the day. The Cadets road their momentum into singles competition where they swept all six matches.
